Köken Design Studio is an international architecture and urban design practice delivering innovative, sustainable, and economically viable design solutions across multiple scales.

Founded by architect Orçun Köken, the studio specializes in master planning, mixed-use developments, hospitality, residential communities, commercial buildings, educational facilities, and urban regeneration projects. Our work integrates architectural excellence with strategic thinking, helping clients transform ideas into successful places that create long-term social, environmental, and economic value.

With experience across Cyprus, Turkey, and international collaborations, we work closely with developers, investors, public institutions, and multidisciplinary engineering teams from concept design through project delivery. Our approach combines creativity, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of development processes to produce resilient and context-sensitive solutions.

At Köken Design Studio, we believe architecture extends beyond the design of buildings, it is a catalyst for sustainable urban development.
